We will always love you, Betty!

Well, 2021 had one last dirty trick up her sleeve! Just when you thought we’d have our National Treasure around for a few more years, 2021 plays a dirty trick and takes Betty White from us.  Not one single Golden Girl left. They are all up on the silver screen in the sky entertaining many, MANY angels!

She was amazingly talented, beautiful, smart and one of the funniest ladies that ever lived!

One of the last interviews Betty did before 2021 so rudely took her from us…her secret to living a long, healthy and fulfilling life, and it’s not what you’d think or normally hear from Hollywood stars.

Betty said that she avoided “anything green” as a part of her diet. “I guess it’s working,” she said. Must be right? She was just joking about that but she did say, “being born a cockeyed optimist was also essential to her nature. I got it from my mom, and that never changed,” she said. “I always find the positive.”

The iconic actor’s 100th birthday would have been on January 17, and she said she was grateful to be healthy. “I’m so lucky to be in such good health and feel so good at this age,” she added. And Betty, you did live a long life and we could all learn from you!

Her 100th birthday was supposed to be a big deal for all of us. There’s even a tribute film called “Betty White: 100 Years Young”, that was supposed to hit select theaters on the 17th.

Well, it’s still on. The producers say they want to, quote, “provide a way for all who loved her to celebrate her life, and experience what made her such a national treasure.”

The film includes some of Betty’s funniest moments from her various TV shows, like “The Golden Girls”, “The Mary Tyler Moore Show”, and “Hot in Cleveland” . . .

Plus tributes from her famous friends, including Ryan Reynolds, Tina Fey, Robert Redford, Lin Manuel- Miranda, Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman, Carol Burnett, Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick, and Jennifer Love Hewitt.

She will always and forever be a National Treasure!
