This is totally one of the best costumes in 2019, a 3 year old wearing a little suit, with a coat that’s WAY too small. His parents posted this video on Instagram of him doing the iconic scene from “Tommy Boy!”

What makes this amazing is the kid has a padded shirt and almost has Farley’s exact haircut!
