The Jury in the Bill Cosby Trial Was Deadlocked at 10 to 2

There was talk that the hung jury in the Bill Cosby case was split down the middle, apparently, they were closer to a conviction than that.

An anonymous juror told ABC News that 10 of the 12 jurors thought he was GUILTY.  That was for the first count of felony aggravated indecent assault.

There were two other counts against Cosby, those were also deadlocked.  On the second count, that accuser Andrea Constand was unconscious during the incident, the vote was actually 11 to one to ACQUIT.

On the third count, that the alleged assault occurred after Cosby gave her drugs without her knowledge, the jury was deadlocked at 10 to two, to CONVICT.

The juror said that on counts One and Three, the two holdouts were, quote, “not moving, no matter what.”

The juror also said that if they would’ve been forced to deliberate any longer there would’ve been a FIGHT.  Apparently, one male juror “punched the concrete wall of the jury room” and “broke his pinky knuckle.”

No other jurors are talking right now.
