Monica Reed

Monica Reed JUST paid off her car and NOW THIS!

Yup, only my 2nd accident in all my some 30+ years of driving!  Well, here’s what happened.  I went to get a diet coke and some gas on my lunch break.  I avoid the traffic and take Old Russelville Pike to the MAPCO on Wilma Rudolph.  I get the gas and Diet Coke…on my way back.  I decided I would take Old Russelville back to the station.  So, instead of going across Dunbar Cave, I took a right onto Dunbar Cave.  I was turning onto Cave Road and BOOM!!!  A BLUE Van pulled out and hit my back, drivers side panel.   Well, I slammed my hands on my steering wheel saying bad words I should have not been saying…they started with S and F.  I didn’t notice anything about the person in the van, just the fact HOW THE HECK DID YOU NOT SEE ME??  Thank goodness, I didn’t get injured but poor car!

Here’s  the result….keep reading for the BEST PART!

After the incident, most people would go exchange info, call the cops BUUUUUTTTTTTT NOOOOOOO!!  Not this person in the BLUE van.  I called Clarksville’s Finest.  Officer Harris was so cool!  We have the same birthdays.

It was suggested by the cop that I get a wrecker since the tire looked a little crooked.

i am sooooooooooooo angry because I just paid off my car a month ago.  I know I’ll have my eyes peeled for a BLUE van with damage and red paint on the right front bumper!!

By the way, Mark at TnT Towing was AWESOME too!
