Mandy Moore tells the story of how she met her fiance

If you are anything like me, you can’t get through an episode of “This Is Us” without crying!  I’m gonna go out on a limb and say, Mandy Moore does an incredible job on the show…without a doubt so do all the others and that’s what makes it sooooooo awesome!  Great cast, great writing…recipe for success!

Mandy Moore talks about how she met her fiance…

She’s got a hit show in “This Is Us”, and she’s engaged to Taylor Goldsmith from the rock band Dawes.  She says, “I’m more grateful than I ever have been in my life.  It’s a very happy time.”  Of course, she may not have even met Taylor if it wasn’t for social media.  She says, quote, “I took a picture of their album and posted it on Instagram.  Somehow, Taylor saw it and sent a note to me.  We started emailing back and forth, then we went on a date and the rest is history.  Thanks Instagram, for helping me meet my fiancé!”

But since Taylor is often on tour with Dawes, they had to fall in love online, too.  Quote, “We spent hours FaceTiming each other.  We fell in love before we’d even really held hands or kissed or anything.  It was great.”
