Dierks Bentley had a dance with destiny! He came super close to danger while he flew through the storm that would soon produce deadly tornadoes in Nashville and other parts of Tennessee. They actually ducked around the storm but could see the cell from the air!
Dierks took to Twitter and described flying home around 11:30PM on Monday night. He shared a video of a storm cell he says turned into a tornado. Bentley was flying into John C. Tune Airport, on the northwest side of Nashville.
We ducked around this cell and landed at john tune airport around 11:30 last night. Glad we landed when we did. Wouldn’t have been good an hour later. It was the cell that turned into the tornado. Lot of people lost their homes. No one comes together as a city like Nashville does pic.twitter.com/qvCjrYNu0x
