Brett Young Sat in the Nosebleed Section Two Years Ago at the CMAs

Here’s something to think about.  There’s a good chance someone sitting in the cheap seats at next week’s CMAs . . . will be one of the nominees at a future show.  That’s Brett Young’s story.

He’s up for New Artist of the Year . . . along with Lauren Alaina, Luke Combs, Jon Pardi, and Old Dominion . . . but it wasn’t that long ago that he was just another member of the audience.

Brett says, “I’m just really excited to walk out there as a nominated artist.  Two years ago, I was sitting in the nosebleeds, last year I was helping host the red carpet.

“This is the first year I’m actually going to sit and take in the whole awards.  I get to present, which will be very cool.  I think I might go tuxedo shopping.  I’m looking forward to it.  I think it’s going to be really fun.”
