Anybody who knows something about cars…help!

So, yesterday I had the battery replaced in my car….seems like no biggie, right?  Well, I get the battery changed and all goes well.  Had a slight bit of a time getting it to start…started on the 2nd try.

After all is said and done, my engine light comes on.  The auto parts place hooked it up to that reader that spits out a code to find out why your engine light is on.  They told me is spit out the code for manifold pressure sensor.

Dang!  all this cause I got my battery replaced??  The light wasn’t on before I got my battery changed.  Bless the man who helped me at the store and I seriously thank him for his help!

Here’s where I need the help of somebody who knows something about cars….Can this problem be possible just by replacing a battery in your car?
