UPDATE: Tylertown Road back open after wreck with overturned vehicle

Update, 3:30 p.m.: Tylertown Road is back open.

Previously:

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A crash has shut down Tylertown Road in north Clarksville.

At about 1:30 p.m., Clarksville Police Department had Tylertown shut down at McClain Drive due to a wreck involving an overturned vehicle and minor injuries.

The wreck has caused a major traffic hazard, according to police Lt. Charles Gill, and the it will take time to remove the vehicles. CPD is asking that citizens avoid the area until the roadway can be reopened.
