New APSU Barnes and Noble bookstore open to students, with Starbucks

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Austin Peay State University’s new Ann R. Ross Bookstore opened to the public this week, offering a new social space for students as well as a wide array of books, school supplies, APSU-branded merchandise.

Renovation of the former Ford dealership began in November, 2019 with the intention of completing the project before the Fall of 2020.

The new, 13,000 square foot bookstore, located at 328 College Street, includes a large cafe and lounge area where students can gather and study. The building is also home to a Starbucks location. Students can now pick up their text books for the Fall semester at the new location.

 

Barnes and Noble continues to work with APSU at the new location. Barnes and Noble operates several campus bookstores throughout Tennessee, including locations at Vanderbilt University, Sewanee the University of Tennessee at Martin and Chattanooga.
