House fire near Exit 1 in Clarksville causes damage to roof, homes on both sides

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A house fire in a neighborhood near Exit 1 caused siding damage to houses on both sides Wednesday evening.

At about 6:18 p.m., a fire on the back deck at 3446 Kingfisher Drive was called in, according to Clarksville Fire Rescue Assistant Chief Michael Rios.

The fire caused heavy fire damage to the roof and heat damage to the siding of houses on both sides.

The family and all pets made it out of the home safely, Rios said.
