CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – One of the first installations of the IHG hotel, Garner, has opened in Clarksville.

After rebranding and renovating the former Sleep Inn and Suites, the Garner Hotel officially opened on March 28 off of Cracker Barrel Drive, north of Exit 4. It’s one of three Garner locations in the United States, with the others in Macon, Georgia and Oklahoma City.

According to IHG’s website, the Garner brand is “designed to deliver the things our guests value most: a great location, a sound night’s sleep and a delicious complimentary hot breakfast.”

Hotel owner Nirav Shah told Clarksville Now he’s excited to bring Garner to Clarksville. “IHG is one of the top hotel companies in the United States.” It is newly introduced, but Shah said, “it was a good time to rebrand.”

The Garner Hotel is at 230 Cracker Barrel Drive and features 71 rooms, an indoor pool, 24-hour market, breakfast included, 24/7 bean-to-cup coffee and free cookies. The hotel is pet-friendly.
