CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Site plans for a 14-acre multi-family development off of Exit 8 have recently been submitted to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission for review. The plans include 236 proposed units across eight buildings, along with townhome opportunities, a dog park, a pool and a clubhouse.

The project, known as Vintage Clarksville, is planned between the Rossview school campus and Interstate 24. McKay-Burchett & Company is the listed agent for the project, and the latest copy of the site plans were turned in on Sept. 3.

The proposed total building coverage for the multi-family development comes out to more than 105,000 square feet. Here is the layout in square footage for each of the eight buildings listed:

  • Building 1: 13,019 square ft.
  • Building 2: 11,490 square ft.
  • Building 3: 8,909 square ft.
  • Building 4: 11,490 square ft.
  • Building 5: 8,909 square ft.
  • Building 6: 8,909 square ft.
  • Building 7: 13,019 square ft.
  • Building 8: 13,019 square ft.

Four additional buildings are shown near the northern portion of the property, and Cal McKay described them as townhomes to Clarksville Now. Each will be 2,324 square feet.

As for the pool and clubhouse, they are anticipated to be developed next to Building 8, while the dog park is expected to be developed between Buildings 5 and 7.

Clarksville Now has reached out to TDK Construction for comment.
