Jai honored with Gracie Award for Beaver Morning Show!

Jai Kershner, co-host of Beaver 100.3 FM’s Fletch and Jai in the Morning, has been honored with a coveted Gracie Award, presented by the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation.

The Alliance for Women in Media (AMWF) was formed in 1951, originally as American Women in Radio and Television. Nearly 25 years later, the annual award program was created with the aim to recognize individuals in media who reflected the changing roles, issues, and concerns of women. AWMF is a charitable non-profit that creates educational programs and scholarship initiatives to benefit the public and women in the media.

Named after the late Gracie Allen, the Gracie Awards acknowledge outstanding team leadership and individual achievement. The Gracies focus on women who are making positive change and who further the discussion of what a fulfilling career in media looks like.

Jai wins the Gracie for the Radio Local category:

Fletch congratulated her on the achievement.
