Great Corolla Giveaway Rules


Beginning at 12am on March 16th, 2015 through 11:59 am on April 10th, 2015, you can attempt to qualify to win a 2015 Toyota Corolla LE Grade with MSRP of $19,340 for a total prize value of $19,340. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older.

WVVR will conduct this contest concurrently and simultaneously with radio stations affiliated with WVVR. Listeners of WVVR will therefore be competing with listeners of other radio stations to win the same prize. Persons may not qualify on multiple stations. Therefore, persons may only be named a qualifier once for the contest.

To attempt to qualify, beginning at 12am on March 16th, 2015 through 11:59am on April 10th, 2015, one must complete the registration process on the contest page which can be accessed by visiting www.beaver1003.com which includes submitting a name, valid email address, phone number and date of birth. There is a limit of one entry per person per station. You must register to have a chance to qualify. Each Friday at 12pm during the contest, 5 qualifiers will be randomly selected from amongst each stations’ online entrants by station staff. Qualifiers will be invited to the grand prize giveaway to take place at the Rivers & Spires Festival Public Square Stage located at 50 Franklin St. Clarksville TN 37040 on Friday, April 17, 2015. Check in starts at 6 p.m. and all qualifiers must be checked in by 7 p.m. or be in line by 7 p.m. to be checked in. Any person arriving after 7 p.m. will not be allowed in the final selection process. When checked in, qualifiers will receive a unique number to be used in the final selection process.  All qualifiers must present a valid article of state identification or military ID in order to be eligible. No stand-ins allowed.

Following the registration time, contest officials will announce how the final selection process works. At the final grand prize giveaway, station personnel will conduct a reverse drawing in order to select the final 15 qualifiers. Therefore, when a qualifier’s number is selected, he or she will be disqualified. This process will continue until there are only 15 qualifier numbers remaining in the box.

From amongst the final 15 qualifiers, station personnel will randomly select a number. When his or her number is selected, that qualifier will grab a key from a box and then attempt to unlock a treasure chest lock. If the key does not work, that qualifier is disqualified. This process will continue until a qualifier selects the correct key and unlocks the lock. The qualifier whose key unlocks the lock will be named the grand prize winner. If for any reason the winner is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected by conducting a random drawing from amongst the remaining final 14 qualifiers. This drawing will be conducted by Stations, it its sole discretion, with such decision being final. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees. Final Round is weather dependent and may be cancelled or postponed in the sole discretion of Station.

Contest is open to all legal residents, 18 years or older who are licensed drivers with a valid from of state identification, and have not won anything on STATION in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

All employees of STATIONS, Saga Communications of Tuckessee, LLC, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries, and successor companies, contest sponsors, advertising and promotion agencies, contest prize suppliers, or employees of other radio stations or any mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the STATION’s  main studio, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. “Immediate family member” shall include the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. STATION will make reasonable efforts to award the prizes within 30 days. STATION’S sole responsibility will be to award the prizes. Winner’s must submit a W-9 form and supply a valid driver’s license to collect the prize. Winner will be responsible for any applicable federal or state taxes. Prize is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
