This is going to be a special event for 602 Crate Late Models as well as funds being added to Open Wheel Modifieds in memory of J.R. Details for each class are listed below.

We will be presenting the winners of both classes with big checks. The winners of each race will also be awarded plaques which are being created and donated by Frank Haar Racing #29.
We do have event shirts being made and will have a table set up in Victory Lane selling them the night of the race. All funds raised from shirt sales will go directly to J.R.’s son, Blake.
Lastly, J.R. loved the kids being involved because we were those kids way back when and he believed they were the future of the sport. It wasn’t rare at all to see him making time to talk to the kids or lifting them up and putting them in his car for a minute. Knowing this was important to J.R. we want to do something to get the kids excited and involved during the event too so we are looking for any donations of kids items that anyone would like to contribute. We want to set up a spot for the kids to come get tickets and do giveaways for the kids throughout the night. If you are interested in donating any items for the kids giveaways please reach out to me and I will make arrangements to get with you. As a kid we were so excited when they did giveaways even if it was just a snow cone or box of popcorn and we want that same excitement for the kids this night.
