Clarksville has a community site aimed at supporting local businesses who may be facing hardship during the coronavirus closures. ClarksvilleStrong.com allows the community to go online and support local businesses, friends and neighbors in multiple ways.

The site began Thursday, March 19 initially allowing local restaurants facing closure a platform to promote their delivery and carry-out options. Restaurants, cafes, and local eateries jumped on the chance to submit their information, for free, to the site.

Now the site includes:

  • Gift Cards: The public can go online and purchase gift cards from their favorite stores to support them during closures.
  • Restaurant Guide: Information on local eateries who have delivery, carryout, and curbside options.
  • Hospitality Industry Payback: Servers in the hospitality industry can submit their information (including their Venmo account). We’ll be sharing their stories each day on air and listeners can choose to ‘tip their server’.
  • Resources: Looking for fun and exciting ways to give back to the community? The resources page is updated often with information on staying active during quarantine.
