Best Summer Ever Rules


Beginning at 12 am on June 20th, 2016 through June 26th, 2016 at 11:59 pm, you can attempt to win a 4-pack of tickets to Beech Bend Park valued at $144.00 retail. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older and those 18 or older with a valid Military I.D.

To attempt to win, you must text ‘swim’ to 77000. Sunny 99.1 is not responsible for the delivery or timeliness of any text entry. One entry per phone number. Sunny 99.1 will pick a random winner from all entries on Monday, June 27th, 2016.  Prizes must be claimed no later than 30 days after the contest ends.  Complete Sunny 99.1 contest rules apply and are available at 1640 Old Russellville Pike, Clarksville, TN  37043.

Sunny 99.1 contests are open to those 18 or older have not won anything on Sunny 99.1 in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of Sunny 99.1, 5 Star Radio Group, SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF TUCKESSEE, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the Sunny 99.1 main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
