CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Beaver 100.3 FM announces the all-new Beaver Morning Show with Fletch and Jai.

The new team was introduced Friday, and make their on-air debut Monday, October 16.

It’s a homecoming for Fletch, who spent 13 years on The Beaver before taking a hiatus (which included working at The Grand Old Opry). Fletch’s true passion is radio and he has always been amazed at how radio impacts people’s lives. “I love this community. I have always had this kind of attachment from the first time I was here.” He said, saying his role is to be the voice on the other end offering a smile.

Jai (pronounced “Jay”) is an award winning on-air personality who was recognized by the Alliance for Women in Media for her work centering on mental health and anti-bullying efforts.

She heard of Fletch long before joining the station; “I’m excited to get on the air and really get working with Fletch and meet the community.” She said.

Previously Jai worked in the film industry (where her credits include a B horror movie involving alien amoeba and zombies!) You can read more about her on her personal website.

Asked what the Beaver audience will discover about her right away she answered “I am gullible and love practical jokes.”

Fletch and Jai share a passion for family, pets, and caffeine (he’s addicted to mountain Dew, she’s addicted to Starbucks), and of course country music.

“Fletch and Jai have great energy together and have already made plans for several local appearances to meet listeners, do giveaways, and get involved in community events,” said Operations Manager Scott Chase.
