WVVR ‘TALYOR SWIFT TEXT CONTEST’ Online Contest Rules
Beginning at 7am on February 25, 2013 through 11:59pm on March 8, 2013, you can attempt win 2 tickets for the Taylor Swift concert to take place on September 20, 2013 at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. One winner will receive 2 tickets to the concert valued at $69.50 each retail for a total prize value of $139. The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older and those 18 or older with a valid Military I.D.
To attempt to win, one must text the daily keyword to 77000. A designated keyword will be announced each weekday of the contest at 7am and persons may text that keyword to 77000 until 11:59pm on that particular day. Following each day of the contest, a random drawing will be conducted by station personnel to select a qualifier and that person will receive a copy of Taylor Swift’s ‘Red’ CD valued at $11.99. Then, on March 11, station personnel will conduct a random drawing from amongst all qualifiers to determine the grand prize winner. Prizes must be claimed no later than 5pm on April 26, 2013. WVVR contests are open to those 18 or older who have not won anything on WVVR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WVVR, SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF TUCKESSEE, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WVVR main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
