Charlie Daniels Band Contest


Beginning at 11:00pm on October 2, 2013 through 7:59AM on October 4, 2013, you can attempt win 2 tickets for the Charlie Daniels Band concert to take place on October 5 at Lorreta Lynn’s Ranch in Hurricane Mills.  Plus, when one wins tickets, he or she will be qualified for a chance to win an acoustic guitar autographed by Charlie Daniels and Lorreta Lynn to be supplied by Loretta Lynn’s Ranch.  Tickets valued at $50 each for a prize value of $100.  The value of the autographed guitar is $325.  The contest is open to those who hold a valid article of state identification and are 18 years of age or older.

To attempt to win, one must listen for the contest cue to call.  When it airs, the 10th person to call 270-697-1003 or 877-999-9887 will win a pair of tickets and be named a qualifier.  A random drawing will be conducted from amongst all qualifiers by station personnel on October 4, 2013 to determine the winner of the autographed guitar. Prizes must be claimed at the Will Call office the night of the concert.   Complete WVVR contest rules apply and are available at beaver1003.com.

WVVR contests are open to those 18 or older have not won anything on WVVR in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WVVR, SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF TUCKESSEE, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WVVR main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.
