Everything You Need to Know About the 2019 CMA Awards

Jimmie Allen and Ashley McBryde released the 2019 CMA Award Nominees on Good Morning America in August. Nominees were also released via Billboard’s live stream by Midland and Morgan Wallen earlier this year.

Carrie Underwood is returning to host, but Brad Paisley is sitting it out in 2019, with Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton joining Underwood as special co-hosts this year.

Many special performances and tributes have been planned for the 2019 CMA Awards show. Who is performing? Parton, McEntire and Underwood will be joined by Tanya Tucker, Crystal Gayle, Martina McBride, Terri Clark, Sara Evans, Gretchen Wilson, Jennifer Nettles and supergroup the Highwomen – Brandi Carlile, Maren Morris, Amanda Shires and Natalie Hemby for an iconic opening performance.

You can also see Kelsea Ballerini, Lindsay Ell, Maddie & Tae, Ashley McBryde, Carly Pearce, Runaway June for a special performance also featuring Little Big Town.

Dierks Bentley, Chris Janson, Brooks & Dunn with Brothers Osbourne, Garth Brooks, Blake Shelton, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Maren Morris, Kasey Musgraves, Willie Nelson and more on the CMA Awards stage.

Kris Kristofferson will also be celebrated as the 2019 recipient of the recently announced Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award.

How can I watch? The 2019 CMA Awards will take place on Nov. 13 at Bridgestone Arena, with the live awards show airing at 7PM CT on ABC.
