90’s country singer, Lari White passes away



Country singer-songwriter Lari White passed away on Tuesday following a battle with cancer. She was 52. White had a string of hits in the 1990’s, including three singles that reached the chart’s Top 10: “That’s My Baby,” “Now I Know” and “That’s How You Know (When You’re in Love).” White also landed a handful of roles on the big screen, appearing alongside Tim McGraw and Gwyneth Paltrow in the 2010 film Country Strong as well as the 2000 Tom Hanks film Cast Away. During her career, Larry was also part of three Grammy-winning projects: Amazing Grace: A Country Salute to Gospel, Amazing Grace 2: A Country Salute to Gospel and the soundtrack for the 1999 film The Apostle.
